Working Together
Whatever you’re carrying - there is a way through
One-to-one Sessions
This is deep, personalized work — built entirely around you.
We work in blocks of six sessions, giving us the time and depth to address what's really going on beneath the surface.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, stress, habit change, identity, sexual orientation, and gender, finding your place in the world, or simply a sense that something needs to shift — this work meets you exactly where you are.
Sometimes that means acknowledging years of living a life shaped by expectation, religion, or circumstance rather than truth. We honor that journey — and then we move forward. This is quiet, confidential, and deeply respectful work — focused entirely on helping you step into the fullest, most authentic version of yourself, at peace with who you are and excited about what comes next.
Sessions are available in person in Glasgow, KY or via Zoom.
Freedom from Smoking & Vaping
Most programs try to remove the cigarette or the vape without addressing what it's actually doing for you.
That's why willpower alone rarely works — it operates at the conscious level, and the habit lives somewhere deeper.
This is a dedicated three-session programme working directly with your subconscious mind — where the habit was formed, and where lasting change actually happens.
No white-knuckling. No counting days. Just a quiet, permanent shift.
Available in person in Glasgow, KY or via Zoom.
Families & Young People
Families are systems — and when one part of the system is struggling, everyone feels it.
I work with families navigating crisis, conflict, and disconnection, helping each person feel heard while rebuilding the whole. I also work one-to-one with children from the age of four and with teenagers, using approaches adapted specifically for how young minds think, feel, and respond.
I support young people navigating questions of identity, sexual orientation, and gender — and the families who love them and want to understand. I also work with adults navigating questions of identity that have long gone unacknowledged — and with the partners and families affected when those truths finally come to the surface.
Whether you need individual support or your whole family needs to find its way back to each other, this work holds space for all of it.
For younger children and those who find words difficult, I also use the Bunny Talk Process™ — a beautifully simple, neuroscience-based approach created by Claudia Rickard. Rather than asking a child to explain their feelings, it creates a gentle, playful distance that allows emotions to surface and shift safely. It works from preverbal age upwards — and often moves adults just as profoundly as it does children.
Sessions are available in person in Glasgow, KY or via Zoom.
The Meridian Program
For the person at the top who cannot afford to be seen struggling.
There is a particular kind of loneliness that comes with success.
The higher you climb, the fewer people you can be truly honest with. Every conversation is watched. Every reaction is read. Every moment of uncertainty carries weight — professional, financial, reputational. You have learned, out of necessity, to be unshakeable.
And you are very, very good at it.
But somewhere private — in the quiet between meetings, in the early hours when the mind won't rest — you know that something needs to change. Not the business. Not the strategy. You.
And you cannot tell anyone.
The Meridian Program exists precisely for this moment. It is the most complete and personal offering at Big Horn Wellness — entirely confidential, by personal invitation only, and designed for the individual who requires absolute discretion alongside absolute depth.
No waiting rooms. No group sessions. No office hours. Just one skilled, experienced person, completely in your corner — available when you need her, day or night, not just when the diary allows. Jill works with a maximum of two Meridian clients at any one time. Not as a marketing device. Simply because this level of availability and attention cannot be offered to more, and you deserve all of it.
What happens here stays here. What emerges from here is entirely yours.
If this resonates — reach out directly and privately.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the benefits of hypnosis for anxiety and trauma recovery?
Hypnosis works by gently accessing the subconscious mind — the place where our emotional responses, habits, and deeply held beliefs actually live. Unlike talk therapy alone, hypnosis can help the nervous system release patterns that have become stuck, often after just a few sessions. For anxiety, it reduces the automatic stress response and builds new, calmer neural pathways. For trauma, it allows the memory to be processed without re-traumatization, so it loses its emotional charge. Many clients describe it as the first time they've felt genuinely safe in their own mind.
What are effective methods for rebuilding communication and trust in strained family relationships?
Rebuilding trust in a family takes more than good intentions — it requires understanding how each person communicates, what they actually need, and where past patterns have created disconnection. At Big Horn Wellness, Jill works with families using a combination of relationship coaching, NLP, and personality profiling to help each member feel genuinely heard. The focus is always solution-based: not relitigating the past, but building something better from here. Even relationships that feel irreparably damaged often have more capacity for repair than people realize.
Can I access hypnosis and coaching sessions via Zoom?
Yes — all Big Horn Wellness services are available via Zoom, and online sessions are just as effective as in-person work. Hypnosis in particular translates beautifully online: you're in your own comfortable environment, which often makes it easier to relax and go deeper. Jill works with clients across the US and internationally. If you're outside the Glasgow, KY area, Zoom is the perfect option.
Do you work with executives and senior professionals?
Yes — and it's work Jill understands well, both the professional pressures and the personal cost they quietly accumulate.
High-functioning professionals often carry an enormous amount: the pressure of leadership, the weight of being the person everyone else looks to, and the very real difficulty of not being able to let anyone around them see the cracks. Seeking support can feel like a risk when your credibility, your team, and your reputation are all bound up in the image of someone who has it together.
Jill's work with executives is entirely confidential, conducted via Zoom for discretion and convenience, and designed around your schedule — not a fixed weekly slot that your PA has to navigate around your diary.
The work itself draws on clinical hypnosis, NLP, and neuroscience-informed coaching to address the things that tend to accumulate at the top: chronic stress and burnout, sleep disruption, anxiety that doesn't switch off, relationship strain caused by the demands of the role, and the quieter questions about identity and purpose that successful people often don't have space to ask.
This isn't performance coaching or productivity optimization. It's deeper than that. It's for the person behind the role — the one who hasn't had a genuinely honest conversation in longer than they'd like to admit.
Sessions are available via Zoom at times that work for you, including early mornings and evenings. Inquiries are handled with complete discretion.
What issues do executives typically bring to sessions?
The presenting issue is rarely the whole story — and Jill is experienced in working with what's actually going on beneath the surface. Common themes include:
Burnout that hasn't responded to the usual solutions. The holiday didn't fix it. The promotion didn't fix it. Something deeper needs attention.
Anxiety and hypervigilance that has become the background noise of daily life — always anticipating the next problem, never fully off duty.
Sleep disruption, often driven by a mind that won't stop processing even when the body is exhausted.
Relationship strain — with a partner, with children, with the version of yourself that existed before the job took over.
A growing sense of disconnection from what actually matters, and uncertainty about what the next chapter looks like or should look like.
These are not weaknesses. They are the predictable consequences of sustained high performance in high-pressure environments. And they respond very well to the right kind of support.
Is this completely confidential?
Completely. Jill does not share client information with anyone, and there is no paper trail, no insurance billing, and no record attached to your name beyond your own private client file. Sessions via Zoom mean there is no waiting room, no receptionist, and no chance encounter. Many clients choose to use a personal rather than a work email address for additional peace of mind. If discretion matters to you, it matters to Jill.
Does Jill work with teenagers and young people?
Yes — working with teens is one of Jill's particular areas of expertise. She is a life coach and clinical hypnotist experienced in supporting young people through anxiety, confidence issues, academic pressure, identity, and difficult family dynamics. Her approach with teenagers is always relationally led — building genuine trust before anything else, and working at the young person's pace. Parents are thoughtfully included in the process, with the teen's therapeutic relationship always the priority.
