What you’ll learn
Eight weeks of comprehensive, clinically
grounded training — from foundations
through to professional practice.
Week 1 — Foundations of Hypnosis
History, neuroscience, the conscious and subconscious mind, and the science behind
why hypnosis works.
Week 2 — Inductions & the Pre-Talk
Mastering rapid and progressive inductions, deepening techniques, and building client rapport and trust.
Week 3 — Ericksonian Approaches
Milton Model language patterns, indirect suggestion, metaphor, storytelling, and
conversational hypnosis.
Week 4 — Anxiety & Depression
Evidence-based protocols, treatment planning, and combining Elman and Ericksonian and ACT approaches for therapeutic applications.
Week 5 — Fears, Phobias & Confidence
Rapid intervention techniques, reframing, motivation and success blocks, and
confidence-building protocols.
Week 6 — Addiction & Habit Change
Working with smoking, vaping, alcohol and other habits — conversational approaches, pattern interruption, and transformation protocols.
Week 7 — Specialist Applications
Dementia and families, pain management, working with children and adolescents,
trauma-informed hypnotherapy, and sleep.
Week 8 — Professional Practice
Ethics, legal considerations, building your practice, marketing, client management, certification requirements and graduation.
